Joy

The joy of being in him is all I need The joy of coming home The presence of joy in my heart  lingers as it did at the start I give you all the praise Lord For you are mine and I am yours I give you all the praise Lord For I am yours and you are mine It’s a sentimental thing  to remember where I came from In you it was a memory I gave you my everything and you took me home In you I am a joyful man In you I am alone and settled in In you I am found in grace In your hand I am found in love This love’s got me right in the midst of joy This love has set my feet to dancing This great love sets my heart to sing Of you and every one you give me

Grace - Art of Being in your Presence

Fully aware of my need I come to you and seek your face Fully aware of your ability to save I set my eyes on your name In you I see and have my being In you I am made whole It’s a powerful thing to love Giving all of your heart to another It’s a powerful thing to lay down your right, To give a place of honour So, what of your heart? Is it allowed to love the one who gave you all? What of your love? Is it made to surrender? I made a choice to sing, I made love and hope a source of great comfort I made it my place of rest It gives me hope and new songs to sing He is alive, He resides in me.

The players dig in the feet and use sprigs to gain traction. There are moments when the pressure become intense as the opposition presses against them.  Faith can be the same. Where our love for each other can be tested to the point of exhaustion. Where our hopes of getting through the day are great. When we look to Ch...
