Favoured in the eyes of God is centring together with God’s people on hope of heaven here on earth. Heaven on earth was Gods idea. Jesus prayed “Heavenly Father … may your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.” (John 6:10) Isn’t this truth? Don’t we have the foretaste of heaven being one with God?
So what is the favour of God and Heaven have in common? Heaven and earth are this, places for God’s glory. “Holy Holy Holy” the angels cried “ the whole earth is filled with Your glory” (Isaiah 6:3) God made man to glorify Him. This happens through our love for Him and others.
The witness of Christ in us is the hope of glory for the church. The witness of God’s love for His bride is this, love for others. The true representation of God’s love is laying down our wishes for another. So if God’s love cannot be taken away what is fear to us who believe? God’s love doesn’t make the cost any less. It’s simply gives worth to our life.
God’s love isn’t a mandate to do what we want and ask for forgiveness afterwards, that is evil. It simply put allows us to receive the joy to be one with Him. Our love for others comes from the place of joy. Nothing can separate us from the love of God, Paul writes and explains not heaven or earth can separate us from the Love of God as revealed in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:39)
This communion with the Holy Spirit in bodily form through our interaction with other believers bring the fullness of truth to bear. “Christ in us the hope of glory”, (Colossians 1:27) Paul writes to the church, is our foundation for grace in our current circumstance . “Count it all joy dear brethren when you face trials of many kinds, for in this we will prove our faith more worth than gold. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” (James 2:1-4)
By the stripes of Christ we are healed. How much more does God love us that He would give up his son. Will he there for hold anything back from us? (Romans 8:32) “God so love us that He gave us His only Son”, Jesus said to Nicodemus. (John 3:16) The fullness of grace is this that God gave. Giving is the art of laying down and letting others make what they will of your gift. Not only make off it but to truely love there needs to be an act of forgiveness. Giving one the opportunity to live is love.
By giving we also find the art of love. This gift of love to us from the Father is just what God wants us to know. So giving isn’t only the words we say or the mention of Jesus in sentence, it’s life. We give life through our love for one another. Through giving our time for another to heal and restore the favour of God to one another through grace. By our love we are known as His. (John 13:35) this power given to us is through the Holy Spirit working through the word and actions of His people for the glory of God. See made in us, the wholeness of truth, is God Emanuel “with us” for truth to reign our heart are restored through true grace.
The words hope and restored are intertwined. See hope is the forerunner of grace. It’s the forerunner due to the nature of love. So love fulfils the true reason we are here to give life in Him there is fulness of joy. So what if we said “I am God’s for His glory,” isn’t there hope in this? Isn’t it not our will, or my house, car, engine that I need to care for. So isn’t it His, and ours by association through faith, that we care for this through grace and faith obtain these for His glory?
So what if our hearts were to be restored for His glory. Who would sacrifice faith for no hope? No-one. So who is giving without joy? Joy is our only reason we give. Count it pure joy that we face trials of many kinds. For it determines our love for one another that we are made in His image and restoring faith back to the body through grace. Love looks like something. It’s not a blank canvas waiting with longing to be filled. Rather grace is a seed of truth berried under the soil of grace for the reason of God’s glory.
This word is for your edification and transformation to be witnesses to God’s love. It truely means this, that we are our Fathers, for His glory. That He would love us in life full of trials. The truth being we are not our own and only made to glory in now. Rather see the fullness of our faith to the end of God’s will. That heaven would manifest itself in us for our sake. Gaining the full justification of our sinful hearts is not letting go, rather pressing to know who we are in Him.
